COC's Offense Struggles in Loss to Citrus

GLENDORA, Calif. – The College of the Canyons was out hit 14-6 by Citrus College and dropped an 8-2 decision to the Owls on Saturday afternoon. With the loss, Canyons dropped to 13-11-1 overall and 9-3 in conference, while Citrus College improved to 14-11 and 7-5 overall.
COC's starter Ryan Cruz (4-4) tossed 6.2 innings and gave up five runs on 11 hits and Ryan Paramo threw 1.1 innings and gave up three hits and one run.
Canyons had no players with multiple hits or RBIs. JD Krauskopf turned in a double and Roberto Ramos had a home run in the loss.
COC will host Citrus College on Tuesday, April 1 at 2:30 p.m.
