Sahagun To Take Talent To Texas A&M International
College of the Canyons sophomore guard Angelica Sahagun has signed a letter of intent with Texas A&M International in Laredo, Texas.

SANTA CLARITA, Calif. - College of the Canyons sophomore guard Angelica Sahagun has signed a letter of intent with Texas A&M International in Laredo, Texas.
Sahagun, a graduate of Alemany High School, led COC's women's basketball team in scoring this season with 18.8 points per game. She also averaged 3.4 assists and 7.8 rebounds per game.
Sahagun only played one season with the Cougars, but was named First-Team All-Conference and All-State.
She becomes the second student-athlete from the women's basketball team to sign a letter of intent - Forward Jazzmyn Davis signed a letter of intent with Division II University of Hawaii at Hilo.
