Bio
Alejandra Hernandez begins her first season as an athletic trainer with the College of the Canyons athletic department.
Prior to joining the staff at COC, Hernandez was the athletic trainer at Bellarmine-Jefferson High School in Burbank.
She holds a bachelor of science in athletic training from California State University, Northridge and a master’s of science in sports medicine and nutrition from the University of Pittsburgh.
While studying in Pittsburgh, Hernandez served as an assistant athletic trainer for the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre and Pittsburgh Youth Lacrosse, and also worked at UMPC Sports Medicine.
