SANTA CLARITA, Calif. — In a matchup between two of the top teams in the Western State Conference, the College of the Canyons men's soccer team played to a scoreless draw against L.A. Mission College on Tuesday afternoon.
Despite outshooting L.A. Mission 13 to 7, the Cougars could not get a goal past L.A. Mission goalkeeper Joel Luis Juan.
COC's best opportunity for a goal came in the 31st minute when an Andres Lozano shot hit the L.A. Mission goalpost. However, the ball was eventually cleared and the game remained scoreless.
