VALLEY VILLAGE, Calif. — The College of the Canyons women's soccer team played to a scoreless draw against L.A. Valley College on Friday afternoon.
It was the second draw in as many games for the Cougars.
The draw, however, does keep the team's current six-game unbeaten streak intact.
The Cougars outshot L. A. Valley 9-8 in the match, making for a very busy Monarchs goalkeeper in Andreya Ventura. Ventura was forced into making seven saves to keep the Cougars off the score sheet.

The draw takes COC's record to 4-1-4 overall and to 2-0-2 against Western State Conference, South opponents.
The Cougars return home to host Bakersfield College at 4 p.m. Tuesday Oct. 13.
