The No. 5 College of the Canyons women's volleyball team extended its conference win streak to 28 games with a 3-0 (25-20, 25-9, 25-18) victory over Citrus College on Wednesday night.
The Cougars (19-2, 9-0) are also the third ranked team in Southern California.
COC held the Citrus to a negative hitting percentage with a combination of 1 aces and six total blocks.
Canyons was led by freshman outside hitter Emily Bible who had a match-high 11 kills and a .455 hitting percentage, committing only one hitting error. Bible was the only player to tally double digit kill totals.
COC sophomore opposite Alize Bricot added eight kills of her own to rank second on the team.

Sophomore defensive specialists Chelsea Corn and Alexis Serafin each had three aces on the match.
