Phillip Puathasnanon begins his second year as an assistant coach, after volunteering with the team for four years. 

His main duties include handling statistics for the team.

While not attending to his duties at College of the Canyons, he coaches 14s and 18s for Los Angeles Volleyball Academy North based out of Santa Clarita.

Puathasnanon earned his bachelor's degree in history from California State University, Northridge, in 2013.

When not at work, he enjoys playing volleyball, swimming, hiking, listening to music, reading, writing and watching TV. Puathasnanon resides in Granada Hills.
