Roland, who attended Arcadia High School, tied for the team lead with four interceptions, including a pick-six, to go with 17 total tackles.
At season's end Roland was named a unanimous Southern California Football Association (SCFA) National Division, Northern League First-Team selection, in addition to being recognized as a member of the 2018 SCFA Scholar-Athlete Team.
He was also named to the 2018 Region III All-California Community College Football Team, one of five Cougars to earn All-State accolades.
