Alyssa Silva started the scoring when she came in on a passed ball. Allyson Melgar's two-run double kept the party going and put the game at 4-1.
Brianne Tall was next in line with a run-scoring double of her own before Gabriela Gonzalez capped the rally with an RBI-single that brought Tall back into the dugout at 6-1.
Elizabeth Rowe brought home another on an RBI-ground ball that allowed Fuentes to score. In the sixth it was Silva who recorded a double and scored on the same sequence thanks to some help from the Glendale infield.
Fuentes then ended all doubt with a double to left field that made it a 9-1 game and signaled the early exit for the Vaqueros.
