No. 20 College of the Canyons softball hosts Antelope Valley College for a conference game on Tuesday, April 26 from Whitten Field. Tuesday's contest is also the regular season finale for both teams and carries some postseasin implications. First pitch is scheduled for 2:30 p.m.

Fans unable to attend Tuesday's game can view the live stream broadcast on the Cougars Sports Network. Canyons broadcast student Matt Frieda has the call.

The Cougars (23-15-1, 7-4) have won four of its last five games heading into the regular season finale, most recently splitting a home doubleheader vs. No. 4 Palomar College on Saturday.

AVC (27-12, 8-3) swept a doubleheader from San Diego Mesa over the weekend to claim its last two wins.

Canyons is currently a game behind the Marauders in the Western State Conference (WSC), East Division standings. The Cougars previously dropped an 8-7 road result at AVC back on March 31.
