Cougars To Participate in Pink Zone

The College of the Canyons women’s basketball team will participate in the Women’s Basketball Coaches Association Pink Zone tonight, by wearing pink shoelaces in honor of breast cancer awareness.

SANTA CLARITA, Calif. - The College of the Canyons women's basketball team will participate in the Women's Basketball Coaches Association Pink Zone tonight, by wearing pink shoelaces in honor of breast cancer awareness. The women's team will be hosting L.A. Valley College Wednesday night at 5 p.m. in the Cougar Cage. Admission for the game is $5 at the door. 
 
The WBCA Pink Zone® initiative is a global, unified effort for the Women's Basketball Coaches Association's (WBCA) nation of coaches to assist in raising breast cancer awareness on the court, across campuses, in communities and beyond.
