SANTA CLARITA, Calif. – College of the Canyons sophomore forward Delisa Chapman has signed a letter of intent to continue her playing career with University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF).
"Dalisa was a two-year starter for us and provided leadership and stability to the program," College of the Canyons head women's basketball coach Greg Herrick said. "Her efforts were rewarded numerous times with the many all-tournament, MVP and post-season recognitions she received. We wish her the best."
Chapman, a Littlerock High School graduate, averaged 12.2 ppg and nearly nine rebounds per game, for which she was named all-conference in 2012-13.
