Cougars Fare Well At Conference Tournament
The College of the Canyons women’s golf team carded a 346 on Monday afternoon at Brookside Golf Club to come in second place at the sixth conference tournament.
PASADENA, Calif. – The College of the Canyons women's golf team carded a 346 on Monday afternoon at Brookside Golf Club to come in second place at the sixth conference tournament. Canyons moves to 18-6 on the year.
Sophomore Ashley Windsor led the team with her 82, to finish in a tie for second place. Sophomore Chelsea Reed tallied an 87, for the Cougar's second lowest score, followed by freshman Andrea Webster (88) and sophomore Madison Lomas' 89.
Santa Barbara, who has not lost a tournament, finished in first with a 319. Citrus came in third with a 354, followed by Bakersfield (380) and Glendale (83).
