Cougars Break Losing Streak With Win Over Pierce

WOODLAND HILLS, Calif. - Sophomore Lindsey Wilcox notched 11 kills on Friday night, helping defeat last year's conference champions Pierce College. The Cougars also broke a three match losing streak and improved their conference record to 1-1. Wilcox also tallied four assist blocks, along with Raquel Grella and Megan Lavo. Setter Ashlie Arnold had 26 assists and one ace in the match. COC will travel to Santa Monica on Tuesday, Oct. 13 for a 7 p.m. match.
