COC Moves Past Antelope Valley

SANTA CLARITA, Calif. - College of the Canyons volleyball team rallied on Friday night after giving up the first set to Antelope Valley College to post its sixth win of the season, 3-1. The Cougars had three players who turned in double-digit kills -- Megan Lavo had 10, Jillian Anderson recorded 12 and Lindsey Murachanian earned 15 kills to lead the Cougar attack. Setter Ashlie Arnold posted 46 assists and had three block assists. The Cougars travel to Santa Barbara on Tuesday, Sept. 29 for a 6 p.m. match-up.
