The College of the Canyons women's volleyball team inched closer to a second consecutive WSC South title with a 3-0 (25-17, 25-19, 25-16) sweep of Glendale on Friday.
Leading the way for the Cougars was Serena LeDuff, who tallied nine kills, four aces and three digs.
Teammate Kaitlyn Reiner added 11.5 points on 11 kills and setters Taylor Kasha and Katie Rutecki combined for 36 of the team's 40 assists.
The Cougars are 9-0 in conference play, and the win extends the team's winning streak to 13 straight games.
COC's next two opponents, Santa Monica College and Bakersfield, appear to be unlikely to end that streak, both having been swept by COC in their previous meetings this season
COC is on the road vs. Santa Monica at 6 p.m. on Wednesday.
