WATCH LIVE — CCCAA SoCal Regional Playoffs — No. 15 Canyons at No. 2 Pasadena City
Canyons (14-10, 10-2) travels to face Pasadena City College (23-1, 18-0) at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 23.
No. 15 seed College of the Canyons will travel to face No. 2 Pasadena City College at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 23, in the opening round of the CCCAA Southern California Regional Playoffs.
Canyons (14-10, 10-2) defeated No. 18 Mt. San Jacinto (17-6, 10-0) by a 3-2 (25-16, 22-25, 25-17, 23-25, 15-8) in the play-in round and now officially joins the regional bracket.
The Cougars have won eight straight matches to end the regular season and head into the playoffs. COC recently announced that six players earned All-Western State Conference (WSC), South Division honors.
Pasadena (23-1, 18-0) won the South Coast Conference championship and had seven players named to the all-conference squad. PCC's lone loss this season came back on Sept. 3 in a five-set road match vs. Moorpark.
