Julia Youn is heading to CSU, East Bay and Alexis Miller will attend Marymount University in the fall.

COC sophomore Julia Youn finished in the tournament’s 15th spot.

COC sophomores Tiffany Whittaker and Julia Youn both qualify for CCCAA State Championships being held Nov. 15-16.

Canyons will now compete at the SoCal Championships, also being held at Alisal River Golf Course from Nov. 8-9.
The Cougars will next compete in the WSC Finals Nov. 1-2 at Alisal River Golf Course in Solvang.
Cougars are currently even with Santa Barbara and Citrus in a three-way tie for conference’s top spot.
COC sophomore Julia Youn led the Cougars with a score of 79, placing her fourth individually.
Cougars finish with a team score of 329 to hold off host Citrus College’s second place mark of 333.

Cougars held second place spot after day one before finishing with a two-day score of 669.
